If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund.

We operate a STRICT 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends).  Goods must be back with us by the 14th day.  The returns period starts from the day your item is dispatched.  If you return or exchange items out of this time period, the items will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. The Dress Studio will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

 We will notify you by email once we've processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.

 Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges where;

  •  All the original labels, tags are still attached.
  • Not worn or damaged
  • Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
  • Must be posted back within 14 days from receipt of the item
